早前报导过引述路透社消息，腾讯控股计划增持法国游戏集团 Ubisoft Entertainment 创始人 Guillemot Brothers Limited 股份，相关交易今天正式发表。
腾讯昨天宣布以 3 亿欧元收购 Guillemot Brothers Limited 公司股份，取得其 49.9% 经济股份与 5% 的决议权，Guillemot Brothers Limited 由 Ubisoft 联合创始人 Yves Guillemot 创立，是 Ubisoft 第一大股东公司。
Yves Guillemot 表示今次收购会进一步强化了 Ubisoft 围绕创始人的核心持股，为公司的长期发展提供了必要的稳定性。腾讯方面表示会将 Ubisoft 一些最知名的 3A 特许经营权游戏带入移动设备。
Ubisoft 董事会亦已授权腾讯将其股权从 4.5% 增加到 9.99%，不过 Ubisoft 强调本次交易不会影响 Ubisoft 的管理，腾讯亦不会拥有任何营运否决权。
